Microsoft Outlook (2003) SetupAfter your email account has been setup, you can configure your mail client to send and receive emails for your new email account. This example is for Microsoft Outlook 2003 however whether you're Microsoft Express or a later version of Outlook, you should still be able to follow this example. Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook
Step 2: Open Account SettingsGo into email account settings through the menu: Tools | Email Accounts
Select: Add a new e-mail account, then press Next > Select POP3 then press Next >
Put in account information. For example: Your Name: John Smith Press Next.
Press Finish> to save the settings
Set the Outgoing Server PortFrom step 2 above, choose "View or Change existing email accounts" then press the More Settings… button
