Prior to getting started, there is some information we will require from you about your business or project.

We will ask you to:

  • Fill out our initial quotation
  • Provide written consent to our quote
  • Fill in our online design brief
  • Answer our content specific questions
  • Provide electronic copies of your logo & other relevant design files

Design

Graphic design

Webz will prepare the web design concept(s) based on the information you have provided.  The time spent on your graphic design will be in accordance with the design package you have purchased.

Content

If your quotation includes content writing, we will provide you with some initial content (based on the information we ask of you) so that your website can be populated with information during the development stage.

Feedback

Timeframe:
7 days

Once the initial design and content has been prepared, we will send them through for your comment / feedback.  

Two rounds of edits are inclusive in the quoted price (this first stage plus the final feedback stage).

Once we have received your feedback, or at the end of the 7 days (whichever is sooner), we will carry out any necessary changes and will proceed to develop your website.

Website Preview

When the site has been built for the internet and is ready for your preview, we will send you a link so that you are again able to comment / provide feedback.

Final Feedback

Timeframe:
7 days

We ask that you provide timely feedback to ensure that your website is delivered without delay.  We allow a window of 7 days at each stage for you to put together any comments and submit any change requests.  This timeframe is both to give you ample time to provide input into the process, while ensuring that we can keep to scheduled timeframes (which ensures no additional costs).

Launch

The final stage in the process is to prepare your website for going live on the internet.  This stage includes technical aspects, such as:

  • Transfer of domain names
  • Setup of email accounts
  • Full payment of account
  • Removal of Under Construction page 

Permissions to log in and manage your website administration (content management) will be provided following launch.
