Troubleshooting

Ensure you are using a modern web browser: Firefox or IE7& above.

IMAGES

1. When I hover over an image on my website, it displays 'Upload Root'.

This issue is due to the image title & desription displaying the location that the image has been uploaded to.

To change the title & description:

1. Login and go to the Control Manager Panel
2. Click Content Editor
3. Edit the page which displays the relevant image
4. Edit the content piece which contains the relevant image
5. Select the relevant image
6. Click the insert/edit image button (with small image of tree at top of editor)
7. In the pop-up window, on the General tab, type the Image Description and Title as you would like them to appear on your web page (when you hover over the image).
8. Pres update (the pop-up window will close)
9. Press save
10. Ensure you publish your page (from the Content Editor screen) to see the changes live on the internet.
